Deposit Issues and Refusal of Documentation: I returned the car on January 9th at 3:00 AM in perfect condition. The employee was unable to unlock the deposit, citing a "technical issue," and assured me it would be handled the next day. Unacceptable Customer Service: Given my 5:40 AM flight, I requested a written confirmation stating that the car was returned without damage and that the deposit delay was due to technical reasons. The employee flatly refused to provide any written statement. Having already faced dishonesty regarding the fuel level, I felt extremely insecure leaving without proof, but I had to head to the airport to avoid missing my flight. Conclusion: While I appreciate that your support team responded to my emails the following day and resolved the deposit issue, the conduct of the staff member on-site was unacceptable. She failed to perform her basic duties and showed a complete lack of respect for a long-term customer. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address this behavior and ensure it does not happen again.
