Everything was very good with your service at the point of returning the car. But looking back at the guidance when we got it there was one explanation missing: how to ppen the rear door of the baggage. Hope you will improve it for your next clients.
And we liked Bulgaria a lot. Chen

Hello, On July 21-28, we rented a car through them in Sofia in Bulgaria, we returned the car as planned in Varna in Bulgaria. When receiving the vehicle we were charged a deposit of 567 BGN, when returning the vehicle we were told that we would see the credit as soon as possible. A month has already passed and we have not yet seen the credit and we have not received the money back. We ask for your urgent care. Thanks

This Car was a complytly new one without a key for starting, only electronic Key. However the navigation system Sometimes missleaded you, didn't Work carefully, and only speaks french to you. That ist Not hellpful when you didn't know the language. There should be a possibility for changing the language
